  • Use the SubSurf modifier to smoothen your surface, and try to keep the number of vertices as low as possible, but don't skip the necessary ones.
  • While working with face, we advise making them quads. Quads would be better than tri as it will reduce the probability of pinching.
  • Using circular loops in places where the model bends will help you achieve smooth bend. You can use it by setting up them perpendicular. Use them for joints like knees and elbows.
